Gathered Sparkle
(Glimmer & Gleam # 2)
Author:
Black Black
Genre:
Romance
Vegas is a city of illusions, and I’m losing track of my own.
The hand I thought I was dealt?
It’s flipped.
The tricks I thought I mastered?
They’re slipping through my fingers.
And betrayal cuts deeper than any sleight of hand.
We’re still chasing a ghost of a chance. The woman we need to take down is still untouchable—her power absolute.
And the evidence we need?It slipped away with the trust I shattered.
But the game isn’t over. The cards are still in play.
And as the lines blur between friend and enemy, truth and illusion, the deck keeps shifting.
Secrets unravel. Alliances fracture.
The game I thought I was playing? It’s changing right before my eyes.
Trust is a risk. Love is a gamble.
But when the final hand is played, will I win it all?
Or will I lose everything I’ve fought to keep?

Gathered Sparkle was a fantastic read!
This was a great book to end the duet. It definitely had me hooked the entire time. Novalee, Ace, Nick, Koen, and Sylas continued to be just as amazing as they were in the first book. It was easy to see the connection between them. This is for sure one of my favorite duets by Blake Black!
I highly recommend giving the Glimmer & Gleam duet a read!
Thank you Chaotic Creatives and Blake Black for the ARC!
